Gael is a skilled craftsman and learned his trade through the highly regarded “Les Compagnons du Tour de France” which is a French organization of craftsmen and artisans dating from the Middle Ages. Their traditional technical education includes taking a tour around France, the Tour de France, to complete apprenticeships with masters.
Gael has been licensed for 25 years and holds a flawless record. He finished his apprenticeship in France and has also worked in England, la Réunion, Victoria, NSW and WA for finally settling his business in the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
